Seeking a long-term guest to stay in my DC-area home while I am away for 2 months, January & February 2025. I have some flexibility on start and end dates. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms in residential neighborhood walking distance to Metro. Cozy 100-year old bungalow-style home. My little cat Phoebe needs company and caring-for while I am away. (I am taking my dog with me). Friendly neighborhood! (I’m open to discussion and discounting in order to find a long-term guest!)
