Hello from Canada’s spectacular west coast! We are a retired couple with a lovely, centrally-located apartment, looking for long term (two weeks minimum), reciprocal exchanges for next year.
We recently lost our 13 year old beloved dog, Brady, and we are broken hearted. So - now we are wide open to some long getaways in 2025.
Our dates are flexible, and we are interested in many places around the world - weather being our first consideration. Our calendar is open Jan-May and Sept-Dec.
Our apartment is best suited for another couple, although we do have a spare room that can sleep other guests. Our place has all the comforts and is in a great location. We don’t have a car and don’t need one because we are within walking distance of everything and the subway is very close.
Please get in touch if you’d like to visit one of the most beautiful, livable cities in the world, with both ocean and mountains right outside the door.

We are looking for a long term stay at either Vancouver or Victoria BC next year, around the same months that you want a home exchange.
We are in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. 
It’s a lovely colonial town, 450 years old, with cobble stones, great restaurants, cafes, art galleries, and shops.
The house is a nice one floor, in the Colonial style of San Miguel de Allende, with modern amenities.
2 patios with fountains, the largest one includes an outdoor living room and dinning room.
The master bedroom has a king bed and large bathroom in suite.
A guest casita with a Queen bed and sofa, big bathroom and small kitchen.
There is an enclosed garage with a Toyota Rav4 car, that can be included.
Washing and dryer in the garage and a half bath for the maid.
The 3rd room has a double bed with desk for an office, the bathroom is just outside the room.
We have a large kitchen with a Wolf stove and space for breakfast.
4 mini-split AC-Heater, one in each bedroom and one at the kitchen breakfast room, where we spend most of our time.
