Seeking Help to Find a Home Exchange in Milan

Hello everyone,

I hope you’re all doing well. I’m reaching out to the community because I’ve been trying to find a home exchange in Milan for the past month without success. I’m really eager to visit Milan, and I’m hoping someone might be able to help me find a suitable exchange.

If anyone has any leads, suggestions, or available homes in Milan, I would greatly appreciate your assistance. My date from 18 Oct to 23 Oct

Thank you so much for your support!

Hiya! It’ll help for you to share your listing/profile so interested members can get to know you better from there

Bonjour Mohcine,

Italy is quite a hard destination to find an exchange.
Everybody wants to go there so they have so many requests that a few of them are accepted.
Moreover, if your dates are note flexible, it’s harder to find.

To increase your chances, you could add Milan in your favorite destinations and willing to accept a non simultaneous reciprocical exchange.

As far as we are concerned, my requests were quite unsuccessful but i could go there when HE members living in Italy contacted me.

Hello,

If you don’t get any interesting offers for Milan, I can offer my home on the opposite side of the Adriatic sea, only one hour flight from Milan (airport is 20-min by bus from y home), or night ferry ride to Italian port Ancona.

Let me know if you are interested.

My name is Vesna Mačković (artist pseudonym Marina Otchuda Say Gynt), and I’m a multidisciplinary artist based on the beautiful Dalmatian coast of Croatia.

I’m offering my home in exchange for GUEST POINTS or a HOME SWAP with New York this year or Tenerife and Scotland in 2025 (dates don’t need to overlap) anytime in the next 12 months. I’m open to both SHORT and LONG-TERM exchanges.

_____________ Important Note: I have a disability that requires accessible accommodation. While I am not in a wheelchair, I need a place with minimal stairs. _____________

My home is on the Dalmatian coast, featuring stunning views of the islands and the historic city of Zadar. ALL THE PHOTOS from my listing are taken from my balcony. The accommodation includes two bedrooms and a pull-out sofa, comfortably accommodating up to six people. Pets are welcome, and the city’s historic sites, local market, beaches, and an indoor pool are within walking distance.

Additionally, Italian port Ancona is reachable by ferry nearby my home, or one-hour flight to Milan, making travel convenient. National parks with waterfalls and preserved nature are also just a few hours away, as well as Montenegro, Slovenia, and Bosnia (Sarajevo).

Game of Thrones filming location and UN Heritage site Dubrovnik is south on Dalmatian Coast.

My home is accessible for wheelchairs.

Best regards,
Vesna
