Problem with verification process...advice appreciated!

Hello all
New user here, hope you are all well.
I have a question please…
When trying to verify my identity I had to upload proof of address. I am listing my holiday home so the proof of address was a document related to my primary home where I live. The systeme rejected my proof of address becuase it did not match the address of the home I am listing.
Please help by telling me how I can designate my listed property as a non-primary residence.
Any tips or advice great appreciated.

I should think that you will need some proof of ownership with your holiday home address detailed. There is also the option on your listing to select whether it is you “Primary residence” or “Secondary residence”.

I have checked with member support and they have confirmed your listing is verified.
