We’re Sara and David, a Spanish couple from Madrid. We’ll be travelling to Argentina from September 26th to October 16th and our home will be available during that time in exchange for GuestPoints.

A brand new, bright 3-bedroom house with private pool and private garage in Torrejón de Ardoz, 20 minutes by train from central Madrid. Underfloor heating, home automation, motorised blinds and all the comforts. Baby equipment available. No pets, non-smoking.

Perfect for exploring Madrid, Alcalá de Henares (UNESCO World Heritage), the airport area and the whole centre of Spain. October in Madrid is absolutely beautiful — warm, sunny and plenty of cultural offer.

  • Our beautiful 4 bedroom home has views of the surrounding forests and mountains. The house backs up to a forested nature preserve. It’s a peaceful retreat from the city while being only 10-15 minutes from downtown Eugene and the University of Oregon. Lovely hiking trails are minutes away. Eugene is a fun university town and has mild winters and comfortable summers. There are so many beautiful outdoor activities to enjoy: kayaking, biking, hiking and swimming.

Welcoming GP Guests to our newly built house in Soignies, BELGIUM.

One of the biggest advantages of our home is its location: Soignies train station is only a 3-minute walk from the house. From there, Brussels-Midi/Zuid station is reachable in about 25 minutes by Belgian train, making it very easy to explore Belgium or connect to international rail services. Being in Central Europe, you can use Belgian Railways and Eurostar connections from Brussels to reach many major European cities without needing a car or airport transfer.

Destinations in Belgium:

Brussels, Ghent, Bruges, Antwerp, Namur, Dinant and Ostend times are consistent with SNCB’s published popular journey times.

International Destinations:

Approximate direct train times from Brussels include :

- Paris in about 1h25mins,

- London in about 2h,

- Amsterdam in about 1h52mins,

- Rotterdam in about 1h25mins,

- Cologne in about 1h50mins and

Are you planning a summer vacation in Italy?

My apartment is available for GP exchanges this summer, from June 6th to 13th, and from July 10th to 17th and August 8th to 22nd. It’s just a few kilometers from Padua, with public transportation and amenities nearby. It can easily accommodate 6 people. Our house is available from 21/07/2026 to 29/07/2026. We live in beautiful French Flanders. The region is ideal for cyclists, hikers, and nature lovers. We live in a cozy village with a wonderful bakery, close to Poperinge. Our charming house is a fantastic place to spend the summer. The large garden with views of the surrounding hills also ensures that you can unwind here. Sleeping accommodation is provided for 4 to 5 people.

We have late summer availability in our home in Wales. for August 29th-September 7th for up to 5 people.

As you’ll see from our reviews our house has wonderful views of the Gower coast is relaxing and peaceful. It is in the town of Llanelli which is a great place to explore both the Gower and Pembrokeshire coast. Also by these dates the tourists will have gone home!

We also have a very affectionate cat who will welcome you.

As we are asking for such specific dates we will reduce the guest points by 20%

Last-minute availability in Amsterdam, July 31 - August 15

We normally have to turn down a lot of requests since this is our primary home, but we’ve just opened up availability for July 31 through August 15.

It’s a beautiful time to be in Amsterdam and the rest of Netherlands. You can even swim right in front of our home, even though grocery stores, restaurants and parks are all walking distance. We have two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, plus we can add a baby or child co-sleeper if needed. Minimum stay is 7 days.

If you’re happy to look after our cat Iggy while you’re here, we’re offering a Guest Points reduction (see Pet’s Corner for details), though it’s not required.

Hi everyone!

Our home in Alicante, right by the Mediterranean Sea, will be available for a GuestPoints exchange from 23 December to 3 January.

We live in a lovely gated community in Cabo de las Huertas, with beautiful sea views and access to a tennis court. :tennis::ocean:

It’s a great base for enjoying Alicante and the Costa Blanca over Christmas and New Year — and there’s usually plenty of sunshine even in winter! :sun:
