I’ve got an amazing art studio with stunning views across the lake, a country setting just minutes from amenities and 20 minutes from Halifax city. I would love to offer the house and studio together - combined for one GP calculation. I’ll be away for the entire month of February so you could call it home and create a fresh body of work to take home. There are lots of galleries and local artists. Hello. I’m not sure what you would like to do exactly but you can have two listings and two exchanges can be finalized at the same time.
I was just offering to Include the art studio in with the house, as a bonus, for the February dates. I currently have two separate listings.
