Good morning from the Whitsundays in Australia. I am looking for information about a non-simultaneous reciprocal exchange we are arranging. We have already arranged a GP exchange for one week with a family in Hawaii, but wish to also have a few days as a non-simultaneous reciprocal exchange with them. For us, the second exchange would follow on from the one week with GP, but for the family in Hawaii, they won’t be in Australia until August of 2027. Neither of us can work out how to change the dates for the time they will stay at our home. Is there a way to do this please? Appreciate any help you can provide.
Hello. For the second leg, you record a New exchange, reciprocal, and you put your dates in your tab and they put their dates in their tab
Thanks for replying. This is what we have done already - ie opened up a new exchange citing ‘reciprocal’ and I have put in the dates we wish to stay, but this has meant those dates have also appeared for the Hawaiian family’s stay and neither of us are able to change them?
Is it already finalized ?
Not on his side of things - only mine. It was when he went to finalize it that he realised he couldn’t change the dates.
That’s the reason I guess. Tell him to finalize with the wrong dates. Then to modify the exchange ( see
