I just joined. My exchange options are coming in FRENCH. WHERE do you change that? I need it in English.

Hello Gregg and welcome. What do you mean by “coming in French ?” Precisely ? Is it the website which is in French ? A mail you receive ?
Do you use HomeExchange.com and not HomeExchange.fr ? In settings page, is it selected in English ?

You need to do it on the web version (not the app). Go to My Account, Settings, Global preferences, I think.
It is described in an article on the Q & A-section on the membership area (not here on forum).

When you’re looking at properties in France, I just use a translator to read their description.
Android phones use language packs to accomplish this, so I just added French, Italian and Spanish to help me.
Is that how you do it?
