From tomorrow, HomeExchange is rolling out an update (called Auth0) to make logging in smoother and more secure.
You don’t need to do anything — just log in as usual and you’ll automatically get a faster, safer experience.
What’s changing?
You’ll notice:
Quicker login
Better security
More reliable access
Clearer error messages if something goes wrong
And in a few days (not just yet), you’ll also be able to log in using your Google account — even easier 
Scheduled maintenance – April 21 from 7am (Paris time)
The update will go live tomorrow morning at 7am (Paris time), and the site + app will be down for about 2–4 hours.
If you’ve got an exchange happening tomorrow, it’s a good idea to save your host/guest’s contact details and address in advance, just in case.
