Looking for long term GP exchanger to my Sydney home

I am offering either my apartment or house to a GP exchanger between June 1-Aug 1 2026 for Guest Point exchanges ONLY.

The apartment is in the centre of Sydney city and the house is at Whale Beach.

We are looking for minimum 3 week stays.
