If you allow me to give you some advice, I’d also post this request on the Italian forum—it will make it easier for someone from the province of Trento to see it there. Make sure to include a link to your profile, so they can get to know you and contact you directly if they’re interested in hosting you.
To increase your chances of success, you might consider being flexible with shorter stays—around a month, for example—and possibly linking several exchanges together. Italy is a very popular destination, and what you’re looking for is quite specific.
