To be honest, in 13 years of using HomeExchange, this is the first time we’ve had our home available during these dates without any exchange requests. It’s a real shame! Is anyone else experiencing the same thing? We have the feeling that this year there’s much more supply than demand.
I can see on your calendar that you haven’t managed to find guests yet 
. Just a few tips. Firstly this is your listing link - SUMMER with GP. 2-terraced spacious flat in Barcelona It’s much easier for people to click on the link that use the number now, due to changes on the platform. Have you also tried posting in the members only Facebook Group? I appreciate that 200GP is already quite low, but you may want to try reducing to under 200, as some will search in a particular range. Even 199GP may show up in more of the search results.
I have also noticed that one of your reviews give 1* for communication, but the review content says “Good and smooth communication with the owners.” I think this must have been a mistake and I would urge you to contact support about that.
