We recently found a lovely home-exchange in Michigan - coming from Idaho where we have been surrounded by fires and smokes - Michigan sounded like a great idea to get away and visit family.
We found a beautiful lake house - street named after one of our kids - we were able to reconnect with grandparents, make our own meals, go paddle boarding and kayaking - our host responded quickly to all our questions and gave us lots of local activities suggestions!
Miss it already - was such a great place to disconnect and re-connect with family.
