Today I received the usual email that a member had “favourited” my home. When I clicked on the link that shows that member’s home, a screen popped-up which said that from September 9 (today) to September 30, there was an incentive program in which anyone who refers a non-member to become an activated member, would receive an additional 500 points in addition to the usual bonus for refering a member, and that the new member would also receive an additional 500 points for activating their membership. However, I did not receive any separate email about this new program, and when I went back and clicked that member’s link again, the new-bonus-program pop-up screen did not appear again. I have seen nothing in the News section of this forum talking about this new program, and nothing at the Home Exchange platform either. Was this some type of glitch in the platform? Is there a new program in effect for the next three weeks that provides extra referal-bonus points?
Hello. Yes this is a New period of bonus for referal indeed. Not a bug, it started today and was not communicated yet, will be in the next few days
