I was wondering how people do to split points when two or more families, all being HE users, travel together.
We just came back from a trip with friends, and I “paid” for all with my points. I thought of them having a “fake” exchange at our place for half the amount of points used, but just read in the FAQ this is not allowed.
Any suggestion on how to do it? If not possible, that would be a nice feature in the app!
Its necer a good idea to ‘fake’ anything on HE!
There are 2 solutions. You can explain the situation to the host and they accept 2 seperate exchanges with each family. You contact member service and explain the situation to them. They will handle the points on bith family’s accounts. Member service is always very helpful!
