And it wasnât just the accommodation that made such a long trip possible.
A car lent by a host, a fully stocked kitchen, and local recommendations shared over WhatsApp all helped make travelling as a family that little bit easier. And, as any parent knows, having things like a stroller and high chair waiting for you can make a huge difference!
