Right now, we are on a magnificent exchange in the south of France near Nice.
We used to be rent our home on Airbnb a few times a year, but between having to pay tax on the income and high licencing fees with the city we have fully opted out and now only travel via Home Exchange.
Always looking to see what’s around the next corner and thrilled to be part of this amazing community of people that feel the same way.

love meeting so many ambassadors! I agree about renting - I have been offered $7000 a month to leave my home for the summer. Our HOA requires a one month rental as no short term rentals are allowed, but I think renting changes the dynamic of the way people use your home. I prefer the kindness and respect of home exchange.
