Hi, is it acceptable or the norm to have a full freezer so, as a guest, I can’t buy any frozen food for our stay? Thanks
I wouldn’t say this was acceptable or the norm but rather something that you should communicate with your host about.
I would not expect alot of space but some and also your length of stay may matter. If I was going for a week or more I would expect some space for a little ice crem or something.

If a freezer is amongst the amenities checked on the profile, I would expect at least some space. But if it is very important to you, it’s always good to ask about it before the exchange.
