We are finding it extremely difficult to find an exchange in Dubai for New years 2025. We have already sent requests to over 100 accommodations to no avail. We are ready to spend more guest points then the 7 days we intend to spend. Dates are from 28th December 2025 to 4th January 2026. I’m sorry to hear that you are struggling to find an exchange. I think Dubai over New Year would be very high in demand and is possibly why you are struggling. I have just done a search and for your dates it only comes up with 8 homes available. I would recommend reaching out with a highly personalised request to these members. Make sure you refer to their homes and aspects of their homes that you really love. Also if at all possible try to be as flexible as possible with regards to dates and what you can offer (e.g. all types of exchange). If you could also add a link to your home listing to this post so that anyone interested can contact you Have you tried a reverse search? One final tip - if you haven’t done this already - would be to add this trip to your ‘Preferred Destinations’ list on your profile. Then if a suitable home becomes available you will get an email alert.

Dubaï is extremely requested, any time. I didn’t found but I found in Abu Dhabi, and finally it was best than Dubaï for us !
