I would very much like to offer a discount for the period between the 26/27th October and 10th November, as both our houses will be free, but I do not know if I can lower the GPs only for that period and then put it back?
Thank you for helping me and for the great job everybody from the HE-staff is doing. I highly appreciate the quality of the services and the humanness at all levels: it reflects the central values of why I choose to travel only with HE if possible and recommend it to everybody around me!

Hello Anna, indeed, you can lower your points with no problem. Maybe you could take a screen shot of your account showing the higher point value and put it temporarily in your photos. You could put an explanation at the beginnng of your text explaining that you’ve lowered your points only for this specific period. If you have other periods open on your calendar you’ll have to be careful not to inadvertantly finalise an exchange at the lower rate. You can put your points back to the required amount whenever you wish. For information it’s possible to lower the amount suggested by HE but not to raise it more than 30 points over the suggested amount.
