Thanks for your suggestions. I don’t Ask members to leave the forum to be clear, I Say you can use both the forum and the Facebook and if you are already a Facebook user, the Facebook groups are way bigger and more interactive as it’s a social media and they are older.
Also I never said the forum was created before, I don’t know where you read that. Both are great tools, depending on what you prefer using or you could use both.
@Nathalie1 @Tailwag Thank you for all of you constructive feedback, however just a gentle reminder that this Forum is mainly run and moderated by volunteers, who give their time and advice for free. Let’s all try and adhere to our first rule of respect and courtesy, which I have copied below. The Forum is great 
I love it because it is so organised and easy to find information about the subject that you need. It is also great for me to feedback members thoughts and great ideas to the HomeExchange teams. However most importantly it should be a place where members can come without judgement to have a friendly chat about something that we all love - Home Exchanging The Facebook group is also great, but for different reasons, all of which Etienne has already pointed out. Thank you to our moderators and to our members for your help and contributions on this Forum.
All the members give time and advice for free on the forum.
Let’s hope that the constructive feedback can help to improve the forum and make it more interesting and friendly.
