My name is Catherine living in Nazaré, Portugal. We’re new to Home Exchange and have lots of questions. If a guest wants to arrive a day earlier, is there a way to add an extra night to the exchange once it’s begun?

Hello and welcome. Not possible if it’s already begun. Only the staff can do it manually. If it’s at the end of an exchange, an another option is to record a second exchange for the extra night .

Yes @Etienne is correct. You can either create a new exchange for the extra night (which is probably easiest), or you can contact member services
