Best of luck in your search for guests. I have found the Facebook chats helpful for filling last minute availability too. There is one called Welcoming for GPs and others similar
I still like your home and its environments very much (I contacted you in 2021) and would love to exchange one day in the future. (I’ve got my swaps for this year arranged and most likely the summer exchange for 2026 too, but I hope there will follow many swaps more!
