There's something about Ireland

I would love to know what draws so many home exchangers to Ireland - of course we know how lovely our country is but so many people considering home exchange wonder if their Irish location will attract interest and potential exchanges. I would love to knwo your priorities for exchanges to Ireland!

Great!! Have a great trip, and have fun on our new forums! We’re super excited about this! :star_struck:

Hi Sharon,
I had my best exchange ever not far from Sligo. We were three mums and 5 teens. The house was so big and comfortable that we spent amazing time chatting early in the morning while the kids were still sleeping and having our dinners inside. Every day we explored a different area: from the cliffs of Moher in the south to the Sliabh Liag to the North. There are so many amazing areas to visit!

Awhile ago, a friend sent us a little passport of the Wild Atlantic Way and now I can’t wait to go explore it and stamp the passport along the way!

Hi Sharon
We are from Australia and have just finished 7 house swaps and 6 weeks in total in Ireland. Most of the swaps already came to my home last year and I grouped an Irish holiday together, circling the country along all the coasts. So beautiful and I feel like I didn’t rush anything. Each swap was a totally different Irish experience. My husband and our travel companions grew a fondness for Guinness that’s for sure  I have 2 Ireland swaps I didn’t get to use yet because they were close to others when I planned. Looks like I’ll be back in 2025 or 2026 again
