Our home is a beautiful & trendy remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo 2 minutes from the beach in Encinitas, CA. From the concrete floors, to the large island, to the boutique furniture, our home exudes a sense of calmness, yet subtle vibrancy.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with multiple windows for maximum sunlight, especially in the mornings as it faces East. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, a small sewing table, and even a desk built into the closet to accommodate a remote working environment. The living room has a large L couch alongside an additional chair, with a coffee table in between. The kitchen is anchored by a large, all white island, and includes plenty of cabinet space, a tulip kitchen table, and all sorts of appliances and cooking equipment. And finally, the patio has 2 chairs, a small table, potted plants, and also a storage closet. We also have a full washer & dryer and zoned AC/Heating units in each room.
Other items included in our home are have a large flat screen TV, wood-burning fire place, select workout equipment, bikes (if requested), espresso machine, toaster over, magic bullet, cutlery, glassware.
Our community also provides access to the pool, gym, tennis courts, BBQ’s, and hiking trails.
This job is really not helping with my travel addiction. I want to go everywhere! I hope you have found some guests. If I didn’t have children i’d be there for the whole 2 months…
