Hi guests
NYC and Brooklyn are really fun to visit in late December, January and February. Our winters are bright and cheerful, and - while it is not warm - you usually need sunglasses for the bold blue skies.
Our home is available for Guest Point while we are out-of-town.
Current availability: Dec 30 2025 til Feb 17 2026
Number of guests: best fit for 2 guests.
Ideal for long-term guests, including retirees or remote workers.
