Hi, I’ve noticed everyone has an icon of how many exchanges they have done. When does that appear? Is it when an exchange is organised, or after it has happened. I am new, so I am trying to ensure my profile looks good sooner rather than years later.

Even though we’ve just joined, I’m loving it already, I wish I’d tried to understand the points system earlier, because I would have joined years ago. It’s great.
