I would recommend coming to Leuven in Belgium. Ideally situated in the center of the country. The house is on walking distance from the very center but in a quiet street with a lovely walled garden. Leuven has all you need: nice bars and restaurants, walking and cycling possibilities and touristy things too. My house could become your home away from home for 5 days.
P.S. Unfortunately the house is not suited for kids sinds I have some precious vintage collections.
