We are spending a wonderful days in Reijkavik but we want to visit Diamond Beach and surrounding, too far to go in a day with kids. But there are no too expensive hotels nearby. We would appreciate so much a Homexchange for a night.

Hi - I have moved your post across to the the English language forum. I would recommend that you add a link to your home, so that members can contact you on the HomeExchange platform. Have you tried searching for a hospitality stay perhaps? For just the 1 night this might be easier to find than an entire home.
We have already solved It by camping with a rented tent.
