We’re Joy and Ben Thomas, based in the little Bavarian mountain town of Leavenworth, Washington… and we have some unique life circumstances calling us to spend August and September in California (exact dates are flexible).
Our home is a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath split-level just a quick walk from downtown Leavenworth, with private outdoor areas, a cozy fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, covered breezeway with heater and fire table, and even an RV space. We’ve hosted 18 exchanges and love welcoming people into our home and our community.
Leavenworth is genuinely one of the most unique small towns in the Pacific Northwest… nestled in the Cascades with world-class hiking, the Wenatchee River right nearby, incredible scenery year-round, and a warm, artsy, tight-knit community.
