Home Exchange: Sevilla ↔ Berlin (School Year)

Hello everyone :blush:,

I am considering spending a school year in Berlin so that my son can attend school there and experience a new culture and language.

We are a mother and son (12 y/o), responsible, calm, and used to international environments.

In exchange, we are offering our home in Mairena del Aljarafe (Sevilla, Spain) — a comfortable and well-connected area just 15 minutes from the center of Sevilla, with a great quality of life and a family-friendly environment :sun:
The apartment is located in a residential community with a swimming pool and paddle tennis courts, ideal for enjoying the outdoors and a relaxed lifestyle.

We would ideally be looking for:

  • A flat or house in Berlin

  • For the duration of the school year (flexible dates)

  • Preferably in a safe and well-connected area

Here’s how I found a one-year exchange programme in Berlin.
Feel free to follow the tips.

You could increase your chances if you look to Germany instead of Berlin only.
Before this exchange, my kids stayed many months in smaller cities.
