Ahh great that you are hosting for HE Day! The downs is a great location for a picnic with likeminded people 
I wish we were closer but North Devon is a bit too far for us to come. We will be flying back to Bristol airport just a few days before! Best of luck with your event. We stayed in a lovely HE in Bristol over Easter and there is quite a strong HE community in your area so hopefully you will maybe meet some of them too
