We are Debi and Armando, an active, retired couple. We offer you our spacious, newly renovated home in Oceanside, California along with our large, secluded tropical garden for exchange. In the past 2 years, we have done 13 wonderful home exchanges, all with 5 star reviews! We have traveled to over 20 countries and are eager to explore more new places, meet new people and make new friends. Our home is available from April 15 -June 4, 2026 for Guest points or Reciprocal exchanges. During these dates we are interested in visiting various regions in Italy in Spring 2026; Amalfi coast, Puglia, Tivoli, Venice, Lake Maggiore and more.
Wow! What an absolutely gorgeous home. Although we hadn’t been planning a trip to San Diego next year, it’s a place I’ve always wanted to visit. So I added you to our favorites. I’m new to HE and a bit nervous about when we’ll get our first guest. So far we’ve had only a few inquiries, and none that were a match. Our home isn’t near as breathtaking as yours, but we’re hoping that a convenient, comfy place in Tampa, Florida will have some appeal as we add dates. Good luck on your trip plans for Italy. When I first joined HE I did a few relatively local exchanges, just to dip my toes in and build up my reviews. That might be worth considering.
