Hi Everybody!

I’m Ben, from the South Cumberland Plateau in Tennessee. My wife, Tori, and I live on family land that dates back to the Civil War era.

Our area boasts incredible natural beauty, including waterfalls, plunge pools, and world-class hiking trails. In addition, our two homes for the exchange are located right between Nashville and Chattanooga.

We are also just up the road from THE CAVERNS, an underground music venue with world-renowned talent; Fall Creek Falls is an hour away, and there are actual caverns to explore.

Our two Home Exchange properties are a Bluff House with INCREDIBLE views and a Log Cabin that is quite peaceful. Both homes are private and in a park-like setting with 5-star views. You can check them out here:

One of our upcoming properties will be an experiential pottery studio and retreat. It’s a unique space we’ve been restoring from a heritage barn for the past few years! We are excited to play in the mud again!

Members often publish photo and description of the house.
More rarely of all the things to do and to see.
Be sure that if you show that we can see on your listing “waterfalls, plunge pools” or a website link, it’ll make your place even more desirable.
