We are Renata and Gustavo, living in a small town in the mountains of São Paulo state, Brazil. We are very happy to be part of the HomeExchange (HE) community. We were introduced to this platform by an uncle who had been using it for many years. Since our first exchange, we have fallen in love with the concept and now seek to discover new destinations with every trip.

I would not know where to begin in Brazil. I don’t speak Portuguese but do speak high school Spanish. Do you think we could get by? I hope some day this forum is sharing quick itineraries on the best way to see each others areas of the world.
With the use of Google translator you could go anywhere!
From our experience with guests we have had at home, in a non touristic area, things were absolutely fine and they could get around really well.
Brazil is too big for.me.to.prepare you a broad guide but if you ever decide to.come visit us, I would help you narrow down the options and would happily help you with itinerary ideas.
