Hi, I am Dave, my wife Carol and I live on beautiful Long Beach Island in New Jersey. We are new to Home Exchange and are very excited share our amazing home and connect with other members. We love beaches and costal areas and are interested in exchanging in south-west France or the south of France. We own our primary home in Melbourne Florida and spend summers in New Jersey.

We are open to any suggestions and would appreciate any help getting set up. Our primary focus is to exchange any or all of June 2026. The FIFA World Cup has 14 games between Met Life Stadium in East Rutherford New Jersey and Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

I actually looked at your listing, if you haven’t gotten inquiries I think it is more likely that you will get inquiries when you post pictures of all bedrooms and common areas. Also highlight the local June weather and activities. Although people going to FIFA might tack a stay to your house on the trip I can’t imagine staying there and commuting to the matches and I know NJ well. My experience living in RI beach is you are more likely going to get requests from US people.
