My home is available from November 1, 2026 to May 1, 2027.
I’m looking for exchanges of one month or longer, but I’m also open to shorter exchanges of around 2 weeks.
For a reciprocal exchange, I’m particularly interested in:
- November → February (3 months): Dénia, Spain

A little about me and my project:
I live in Anjou, Montreal, and I’m looking to spend the winter somewhere warm and sunny while offering my home to someone who would like to experience Montreal for a longer period.
My house has 3 comfortable bedrooms, a large backyard, a terrace, and a comfortable space for working remotely. There is also a children’s play area in the finished basement. It is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, close to parks, shops and public transportation, with easy access to downtown Montreal.
Montréal in winter!
If you’ve never experienced a Canadian winter, Montreal is a wonderful place to discover it. There is much more to winter here than cold weather!
You can enjoy ice skating, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snow tubing, sledding and winter hiking right in Montreal. The city has nearly 200 km of groomed and marked cross-country ski trails, and many parks offer equipment rentals.
And winter is also a great season for culture and festivals. Depending on your dates, you can enjoy Montréal en Lumière, Nuit blanche, Igloofest, winter outdoor events, light installations, concerts and the many activities taking place throughout the city. The Quartier des Spectacles becomes particularly lively during the winter season.
For outdoor enthusiasts, there are also beautiful winter destinations just outside the city, including Mont-Saint-Bruno and the Laurentians, where you can enjoy downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and other winter activities.
So if you’re looking for a real Canadian winter experience, Montreal is a fantastic place to spend a few weeks or several months!
I particularly like the idea of welcoming someone who wants to experience Montreal like a local and have a real home here for several weeks or months, rather than simply visiting for a few days.
