This summer, thanks to Home Exchange, I was able to use Guestpoints to achieve a lifelong dream of spending a week on a stunning Greek island. I used the map feature to look for available homes during the early summer and reached out to a wonderful family. Their stunning seaside villa was on the breathtaking island of Corfu and was a much-loved family holiday home that the hosts’ parents had purchased in the 1960s. Through our conversation, we discovered many things in common and a wonderful, friendly connection was made. We felt so welcomed into their home and they went above and beyond to provide continued support and advice to ensure that my daughter and I had the best holiday ever. Daily walks to incredible beaches, where we swam in the clearest water ever, were followed by delicious and affordable meals in neighbourhood tavernas. The hospitality of the hosts was as memorable as the stunning water views from the villa, and we have been invited to return next year. I can’t wait!
