If you’re open to Points exchanges, I’d recommend changing your listing status from yellow to blue so that people can contact you for GuestPoints stays. At the moment, they can only send you reciprocal exchange requests.
Since your house is quite large, not every family will have enough points. You could also consider offering a reduced point rate if someone stays the entire available period and they’re a family of four or fewer. That might make your home more accessible and help you find guests more easily.
