We have 2 homes and home exchange our home in Mexico. I have a manager that will greet guests, open house and respond to any/all needs of our guests. how can I make her aware via the website of all information.

I have looked into this for you and there is no specific function on the platform that would allow your manager to have access to the guest information. I think perhaps your best option would be to mention this in your home description and, when an exchange is finalised, give the manager’s information to your guests.
