What Weβre Looking For in France
A house suitable for a family (3 bedrooms or more)
Reliable internet for distance education
Open to city or rural locations (but not the Alps)
Prefer a location with good access to amenities and activities for children
If youβre interested or know someone who might be, please reach out! Weβd love to start planning early and find the perfect exchange.
Yes a visa is required to stay in Australian for this long.
I understand that French citizens can stay in Australia for up to 90 days on an eVisitor visa (subclass 651) or for up to 3, 6, or 12 months on a Visitor visa (subclass 600). I would be happy to discuss these options to facilitate the process.
Working visas are also available but age restrictions apply.
Saying this an exchange would be suitable for someone who can be self funded and not have the need to be employed in Australia.
I believe children can be enrolled into local schools if you hold one of the above visas or have Australian or New Zealand citizenship.
