Why do some have zero points?

I have noticed some properties have zero points where there is tourism rules that treat their place as a taxable business, unless they do a reciprocal exchange.

For places that are zero, does that mean I still get the points I am due? Or is my place treated as a direct exchange? So no points changes hands.

Thanks

Hello. It generally means they don’t do gp exchanges, just reciprocal. Read the concerned listings entirely, it’s probably explain.

We have a second home that we never exchange for GP, so we list it as 0 GP on the website. This way, people who don’t read the listings and only calculate how many GP they want to offer can see straight away that they won’t be able to get it for any amount of GP, but only by offering their own home in exchange.
