Hi Iā€™m Stan, from Niagara Falls, Canada and I had just watched the webinar and they offered 10% off or 200 GP if signed up within 7 days but when I tried using the promo code, it said it was invalid. Had anyone else have problem with that? I followed the instructions and tried contacting them but itā€™s going to take a few days. By then promo code will be invalid. Thx

Hello and welcome. Not sure I can help but I Can try ( and Iā€™m sure the staff would do a gesture if you explain next week the problem). Did you put it into the discount box on the payment page ?

Hi, yes I did and clicked apply. On the example it shows on the instructions, it shows on left hand side your cost plus discount but on mine it just shows full price, no discount. I will try again.

Hi, yes I did hear back and they asked what the promo code was and I sent them the promo code and will look into it.

Hi Gina, no I havenā€™t heard back yet after i sent them the promo code that they asked for. Hopefully today or tomorrow would be nice.

Hi Gina, I got an email back from them and he said use promo code JAN10UCAN or JAN200UCAN, the letter ā€œUā€ was missing. I am guessing this promo code is for canadian users. So I will try that soon. Good luck. Thanks
