Bonjour Je suis nouveau sur Homeexchange et suis surpris des diffĂ©rences de valeur des diffĂ©rentes maison en terme de Guest points. Mon appartement de 150M2 avec 3 chambres et 3 s’en est seulement valorisĂ© 68 GP. D’autres bien plus petit et situĂ©s dans des endroits Ă  priori moins attractifs sont beaucoup mieux Ă©valuĂ©s. Y a t’il un raison pour cela? Cordialement ---

68 c’est peu, tu n’as pas dĂ» rentrer tous les Ă©quipements. Attention Ă  ne pas tomber dans le “complexe du nouveau” qui par ego veut voir ses GP trĂšs Ă©levĂ©s et qui quelques mois aprĂšs se plaint de ne trouver personne Ă  accueillir 🙂 ---

Je vais modifier la localisation pour voir. Pour ce qui est de 98 GP c’est moi qui l’ai augmentĂ© car HE proposait 68 ---

 je pense que les appts sont moins valorisés que les maisons, mais je préfÚre largement ton appt à certaines maisons ! ---

Je constate 160 gp, bug quelque part qui semble avoir Ă©tĂ© rĂ©glé  En effet, aucune chance d’ĂȘtre sous les 100 avec un tel standing et surface ! ---

Effectivement j’ai modifiĂ© la localisation et je suis passĂ© Ă  130 et l’ai modifiĂ© pour arriver Ă  161. Mais quand mĂȘme bizarre au vu de la taille, du nombre de chambres/sub et emplacement Ă  proximitĂ© des plages et du centre de Biarritz. ---

Re bjour Le plus simple concernant cette attribution des GP En plus bien sur des 3 criteres propres a HE, Une question pertinente à se poser Si vous deviez proposer votre bien immobilier à la nuitee, de combien celui ci pourrait etre valorise ??? Selon la configuration géographique, territorial, avec prestations (jacusi, pdj, panier terroir etc), nbre de pers, de nuits ---

J’avais mis Ă  moins de 30 minutes d’un site national. En changeant pour site international ça a augmentĂ© les GP. ---

Je ne sais pas si le fait d’adhĂ©rer change la valeur, j’en doute. Par contre site international ça ne colle pas vraiment pour toi (plusieurs dizaines de millions de visiteurs / an : New-York ou Paris). Mais bon j’ai l’impression que tout le monde fait ce qu’il veut, c’est dĂ©claratif
