HI @cftherapy! I recommend trying a different browser to see if the map and your event loads. Also, sometimes it takes a few days for an event to be uploaded to our site so I recommend checking back in a few days as well. On my meet up, it does not specify a time. I have completed and returned the edit form two times to indicate my meeting is at 2 PM. Nobody is signing up and I think it’s because it just says afternoon. When will the edit be reflected in my meet up page?

HI @elizabethhannahdennehy! All meetups are listed as either a morning, afternoon or evening event. Once people register for your event, you will receive their contact info so you can reach out to them directly to share the exact time and address for your event. Thanks!

Hi, I am hosting a Home Exchange Day and anticipate that I may be asked if people signing up will receive points when they list their homes beyond the 500 points they get just for signing up and paying. What should I tell them?

Help! I’ve never received a confirmation email but I have received an email telling me no one has signed up or my event yet. Please, how can I find the ,ink to the event so I can still invite guests. Time is running out!

Yes this FAQ has all the answers to HE Day queries you may have .
