# Reach out - is there something you can do?

Just a nudge to remind ourselves to reach out. So much going on in the world right now. If you are in a position to help out - is there something you can do? In your local community, making a donation or similar?

Either help out in person or contribute to people or an organization that does so. For instance, they just had a rally here yesterday, collecting warm winter clothes to send to Ukraine and funds to buy gas to drive ambulances and vehicles there. Maybe you have some local charities - or a topic you care about.

January is a good time to reach out. Make a difference, however small. Is someone sitting alone? I’ve heard from volunteers that January is the month were it is all quiet with donations - and a time where it is needed more. So ket’s reach out. Do you have a cause close to heart?
