Hello everyone,

We are a French couple with kids, new to the HomeExchange adventure and would be delighted to welcome our first guests from **December 27, 2025 to January 3, 2026** 🎉

We are offering our apartment in Marseille: a very bright, upside-down duplex located on the top floor, with beautiful views over the city.
It is perfectly suited for a family of four with children, or for one or two couples looking to discover Marseille in a comfortable and central setting.

The apartment is located just below Cours Julien, in a quieter area, while still being ideally placed to enjoy the Marseille atmosphere, local shops, public transport, and cultural spots.

Feel free to get in touch if you’d like to chat — we’d be happy to exchange with you 😊

Here is the listing link: **Bright top-floor duplex with views and terrace, ideally located**

Looking forward to hearing from you!
Léa & Yannick
