Hi all,
We are new members and we have a beach home on the Atlantic coast of Argentina. What is a reasonable amount of days to post for a minimum stay that will not be burdonsome for us with cleaning & upkeep but won’t also turn too many people away? 4 days? a week?

Hi pmey123, this all differs per member. You can decide for yourself what’s not too burdensome for you. You can take many things into account, like wether you have a cleaner that can come over whenever you want, the costs of the cleaner, how big the home is and how much work it is to keep it in order, how many requests you are getting, etcetera.
Just to share a small thought: although, as others have rightly said, there are no strict rules, on HE exchanges of more than a week are usually considered “long-term.” So it’s quite common that families spend less time in each destination.
In the end, it’s really about what works best for you ; what feels comfortable and fits into your lifestyle and routines.
