Hi - We are a newly minted empty-nester couple and own a large new and well lit property in the northwest hills of Colorado - 5m drive to Garden of the Gods and easily bikable there!
It is very nice and quite here with amenities to relax such as a pool table, hot tub with lovely city lights visible in the night. Anyhow - we are considering a housing swap situation where we could spend some weekends enjoying city life in Denver (or other towns of Colorado). We would be happy with a small apartment or condo - preferable in the areas with high walkability (e.g lo-hi). Maybe you live in the city and would like to come relax in our property which is at the end of a neighborhood so you are not isolated and 5-min from amenities but you get peace, quite, mountain views, city lights, birds chirping in the morning from the deck etc. If this of interest, please respond!
