Hi, just read your post. I would be interested in exploring this further. I have only been to Vietnam once before but loved it. I live in Scotland and have a traditional Scottish tenement flat in Glasgow Southside. Have a look at my posting on the main site and then letās talk if you think this might suit you. Hi Corry, thanks for your email. Our home exchange plans are temporarily on hold. Regards, Luke
Hi Melissa and thank you for the welcome. The Vietnam exchanger has changed his mind but I am keen to explore other possibilities, however I am finding this site very difficult to navigate. I found the long term exchangers by accident but canāt seem to find the long term exchange group again, there is nothing in My groups and it is all getting very frustrating. Can you point me in the right direction for some guidelines as to how this site works please? Thanks, Corry
Iām sorry to hear that you are struggling with the platform. If you are using a desktop then click on my account on the top right, then click on my profile. Scroll down to groups and then click on manage my groups. You will find the long-term exchange group under the ālifestyleā section. It is a picture of a little calendar with 14 on it. Then when you search you can use this group as a filter. It does take a bit of time to find all of these little tricks but it is worth persevering
Any other queries just shout
Hello Corry ,
If the 14 tag works for you , please share you feedback.
Hi Melissa,
Thank you for your message.
The first problem I have is that the only thing at the top right corner of the page is a photo of me. If I click on that I get Forum Greeting and Earned welcome (whatever that is??) but nothing about groups. Theres and arrow that leads to summary activity notifications etc etc but still not groups⦠what am I doing wrong? I donāt understand
Corry

Thanks Natalieā¦so you mean on the main Home Exchange website!!! Now it makes sense. I was trying to use the other website (which they said were not linked) but it was where I first came across the long term exchanges. Thank you so much for your helpā¦I shall just ignore the secondary site and stick to the original. And yes, I found the tag14.
Kind regards
Corry
Yes sorry if I wasnāt clear - I meant the main HomeExchange.com website. This other āsecondaryā site that you mention is the HomeExchange Forum. Have you now found and joined the Long-term exchanges group on the main website?

We are a family from Ljubljana, Sloveniaātwo adults (working in academia/cultural sector) and two children aged 12 and 8. We are interested in a long-term reciprocal exchange (from 10 days up to one ot two months) during the summer of 2026 (July or August). We live in a nice and cosy (but not fancy), fully equipped three-bedroom apartment, located a 5-minute drive or a half-hour walk from Ljubljana city centre. We also have two lovely but somewhat needy cats, so itās important that you are a cat loverāor at least comfortable around them ā¦
Ljubljana is the capital of Slovenia and a great base for exploring the country, as it is close to the mountains, the coast, and many other attractions.
Please feel free to take a look at our profile, and if an exchange might be of interest to you, we would be happy to hear from you!
We are not very picky about places, so surprise us. We are especially interested in Eastern and Central Europe, UK, Ireland, Italyā¦

Have only just joined HE, so havenāt even done any exchanges, but we are a family in New Zealand wanting to exchange during Christmas 2027/2028 for about 6 weeks - for us to explore Europe and meet some old friends/family during European winter, whilst someone stays in our house during NZ summer. Once weāve got our account properly set up, I may contact you again in case youāre interested.
